Throughout the build process Jamie (agent) & Brian (project coordinator) did a great job accommodating all of my (many) asks and at the end of the day built a really high quality home. Additionally, they back it with a superior warranty. I’d definitely consider working with Ashdon in the future and would recommend them to others.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our home from Ashdon Builders.  From our very first interaction where the builders met us onsite to explain everything going on during the construction of our home to the final walk through when we got the keys.  We found the team at Ashdon Builders to be great people and dedicated to what they do.  Their eye for detail in the craftsmanship of their work really made us feel like we were in great hands. To all our Friends at Ashdon, What a way to start our new life together! The LORD put us both on a path that lead to each other and we wanted to begin our marriage in a new home. From the first moment we stepped into the model, it's been a complete dream experience. It all started after being so graciously welcomed by the ladies on the site. They are warm, friendly, very helpful, patient, and not to mention genuinely interested in our total and complete happiness. With each visit to the model or to the Construction site, the ladies, and even the Contractors, were all polite, courteous, and proud of the product they built as if it was their own. Significant construction progress was made weekly; All our options were completed as planned; All concerns/punch list items were and continue to be handled expeditiously and professional. The Recommendation of Bay Mortgage was Grand, they initiated contact with us and maintained close communication throughout the building process, being prompt, kind and efficient.
